What you should bring with you


  • A small backpack

  • Water bottle and/or water bladder such as Camelback

  • Snacks such as energy bars, trail mix or fruit

  • Yoga mat

  • Towel for under your Yoga mat ( this will keep it clean from dirt )

  • Bug spray

  • Sun block

  • Chapstick with SPF

  • Closed toed walking shoes

  • Walking poles, if desired

  • Dress for the weather (Light colors recommended)

  • Pack clothing/gear for weather condition changes*

  • signed waiver


*Yoga Hikes STL does not offer refunds. The Yoga Hike will run in various weather conditions, including rain. In the event of lightening or extreme hot or cold the Yoga Hike will be canceled and your account will be credited for one hike.  No refunds are given, but your credit is valid for one year. 


NOTE: This gear list is for general purposes. If you are participating in a backwoods or overnight trip, you will be sent an extensive gear list specific to your itinerary.
