What you should bring with you
A small backpack
Water bottle and/or water bladder such as Camelback
Snacks such as energy bars, trail mix or fruit
Towel for under your Yoga mat ( this will keep it clean from dirt )
Chapstick with SPF
Closed toed walking shoes
Walking poles, if desired
Dress for the weather (Light colors recommended)
Pack clothing/gear for weather condition changes*
*Yoga Hikes STL does not offer refunds. The Yoga Hike will run in various weather conditions, including rain. In the event of lightening or extreme hot or cold the Yoga Hike will be canceled and you will have the option to either choose a different hike or be refunded the amount of the hike in full.
NOTE: This gear list is for general purposes. If you are participating in a backwoods or overnight trip, you will be sent an extensive gear list specific to your itinerary.
